Ferre Institute

Background

Ferre Institute is a non-profit community-based organization devoted to quality services in genetics and reproductive health. Since the late 1990s the Institute has refocused some of its efforts to support infertility education and family building in communities of color and the lesbian, gay and transgendered community. Located in Binghamton and New Hartford, NY Ferre serves people across the state.

Ferre Institute and its Lesbian and Gay Healthy Families Initiative is a partner on the Community Centered Family Health History Program.
